The District Development Commissioner of Kulgam in Jammu and kashmir was informed on Thursday that 18,000 water recharge pits were commissioned within the space and 850 water gather tanks were made to fill the groundwater.
District Development Commissioner, Showkat Aijaz Bhat was apprised regarding the construction of tanks in an exceedingly meeting chaired by him to review the performance of Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP).
