Ahead of Jhabua assembly bypolls, the Madhya Pradesh government has announced that it’ll give free wheat and rice on the birth of every kid in 89 tribal-dominated development blocks within the state.
Jhabua assembly bypolls are expected to be announced together with Haryana and maharashtra elections.
The sop are dispensed under the aegis of the Chief Minister help scheme.
Under this theme, rice would tend on the birth of a baby in six districts, whereas wheat would tend in fourteen districts. The wheat and rice for this theme would be provided from native Public Distribution System (PDS) look.
Tribal development Minister Omkar Singh Markam, while 1st saying the theme in Jhabua, said: “50 kg rice or wheat would tend at the time of the birth of a baby whereas 100 kg of grains would tend freed from value at the time of death within the family.”
